2025 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS Arrives in India: ₹20.39 Lakh Ex‑Showroom

2025 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS Arrives in India: ₹20.39 Lakh Ex‑Showroom

The updated 2025 Speed Triple 1200 RS has been officially launched by Triumph in India. It costs ₹20.39 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is ₹2.44 lakh more than the previous model.

Even with the price rise, it is still the least expensive European supernaked in India, outperforming the KTM 1390 Super Duke R and Ducati Streetfighter V4.

Styling

Three color options are available for the Speed Triple 1200 RS from Triumph: Jet Black, Granite/Diablo Red, and Granite/Triumph Performance Yellow. The rewritten Speed Triple 1200 RS and the discontinued bike share a similar appearance overall.

Engine

The Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS runs by the same 1160cc liquid-cooled 3-cylinder engine. It currently generates 128 NM of torque and 183 HP. In comparison to the outgoing cycle, this indicates a 3 HP and 3 NM torque improvement made possible by a free-flowing exhaust.

Suspension Upgrades

The use of Ohlins EC 3.0 electronically adjustable suspension is the most noticeable change. The purpose of this suspension system is to give riders better handling and stability. Pirelli Supercorsa V3 tires, measuring 120/70 R17 up front and 190/55 R17 down back, are used on the Speed Triple 1200 RS.

Features

Additionally, the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS comes with lighter 17-inch wheels and standard steering dampers. An improvement over the previous Speed Triple 1200 RS is also made to the electronics. Furthermore, the wheelie control and traction control can be adjusted separately.

The significant performance improvements given by the 2025 Speed Triple 1200 RS—more power, semi-active suspension, and better electronics—justify the higher price. With its class-leading dynamics, value, and everyday use, this Triumph model is ideal for fans looking for a high-tech, adrenaline-packed naked motorbike that doesn’t cost more than ₹21 lakh.
