The redesigned 2025 Roadster from Yezdi has been formally introduced in India, with ex-showroom prices starting at ₹2.10 lakh. Although the new model has noticeable improvements in performance, style, and comfort, it still has the brand’s vintage appeal. The Roadster, built for riders who value a fusion of traditional style and contemporary engineering, intends to increase Yezdi’s market share in the cutthroat cruiser market, which is dominated by Royal Enfield and Jawa. Delivery is anticipated to begin shortly, and reservations are now available online and at authorized dealerships.
Engine & Performance
The 2025 Yezdi Roadster uses a 334cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder Alpha 2 engine. It produces around 29 hp and 30 Nm of torque. The engine delivers smoother performance with improved gearing. It comes with a 6-speed gearbox and an assist-and-slipper clutch. This setup ensures easy gear shifts and reduces rider fatigue on long rides.
The updated gearing boosts low-end torque, making city riding easier. At the same time, the bike maintains strong highway cruising ability.
Design & Features
