Updated KTM 390 Adventure Enduro R & Adventure X launched in india

Targeting both long-distance riders and ardent off-road aficionados, KTM India has unveiled two new models of its 390 Adventure line in India: the revised Adventure X and the eagerly anticipated 390 Adventure Enduro R in its global specification. The new 390 Adventure Enduro R costs Rs. 3,53,825 (ex-showroom), while the updated 390 Adventure X costs Rs. 3,03,125.

The 390 Adventure X now has a number of electronic technologies that were previously only seen in KTM’s higher-end versions. Cruise control, which includes both speed restriction and cruise functions, is now standard. The motorcycle’s three new ride modes—street, rain, and off-road—allow it to instantly adjust to shifting surface conditions.

The upgraded trim also has motorcycle traction control for better handling on slick or loose terrain, as well as cornering ABS, which keeps the brakes stable at lean angles. KTM’s 390 Adventure Enduro R, a vehicle designed specifically for severe terrain riding, joins the Indian portfolio. It is equipped with improved suspension and benefits from the brand’s Dakar-inspired expertise in handling challenging terrain.

The 373 cc single-cylinder DOHC liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine still powers both motorcycles, which are given backing by KTM’s steel trellis frame. The Enduro R appeals to individuals looking for a raw, terrain-focused motorcycle with less sacrifices, while the Adventure X now leans more toward versatility with its new electronics.

In reaction to previous criticism, KTM decided to launch the global-spec 390 Adventure Enduro R in India. It is Rs. 17,000 more expensive than the local version, which has been on the market for a few months. In comparison to the international configuration, which has 230 mm of travel at both ends and a ground clearance of 273 mm, which is 19 mm more than the local offering, the India-specific model has less suspension travel and less ground clearance.

The Indian version, on the other hand, has the same suspension specifications as the normal 390 Adventure, with a maximum travel of 205 mm. A 4.1-inch color TFT screen with Bluetooth for music, navigation, and app integration is one of the standout features. When coupled to a six-speed gearbox, the LC4c engine can provide up to 45.3 horsepower and 39 Nm of peak torque.
