MG Cyberster prices to be Announced Tomorrow

On July 25, 2025, MG Motor India is prepared to reveal the costs of the MG Cyberster, its popular electric convertible. Being MG’s first all-electric roadster and one of the few available worldwide, the Cyberster represents a major turning point for the brand. The Cyberster, which was first shown at the 2023 Shanghai Auto Show, combines a traditional, low-slung roadster styling with futuristic electric performance. The car has been available for pre-booking since March of this year, and customer deliveries will probably start soon after the price is revealed. The model will only be sold through MG’s exclusive Select showroom network, highlighting the company’s premium standing in the Indian market.

It is likely that the top-spec dual-motor AWD version of the India-spec MG Cyberster, which produces an incredible 510 horsepower and 725 Nm of torque, will be available at launch. With this configuration, the vehicle can reach 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, which is comparable to some of the top electric performance vehicles on the market. A 77 kWh battery pack powers this device, which has a stated CLTC range of 580 km. Even with aggressive driving, this should be a respectable real-world range. The single-motor version, which also went on sale worldwide, might only be available in foreign countries or be available later.

The Cyberster’s interior features a state-of-the-art cockpit with two seats. It has a digital dashboard with three screens: an infotainment system, an instrument cluster, and a third screen for connectivity and vehicle operations. Adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and other ADAS capabilities are among the salient features. With its long, sculpture bonnet, sweeping beltline, elegant LED tail-lamps joined by a light bar, and dramatic scissor doors that enhance its head-turning presence, its exterior design is still among the most striking in MG’s lineup. It also has a fabric soft-top cover and 20-inch alloy wheels for style.

According to industry experts, the MG Cyberster’s ex-showroom price will range from ₹60 lakh to ₹70 lakh. It will be the first of its sort in the Indian EV market and among the least costly electric convertibles worldwide, even though this places it far above other MG goods in India. Since there aren’t any direct competitors in this price range, the MG Cyberster is anticipated to carve out a niche for itself by appealing to early EV adopters, driving enthusiasts, and design-forward buyers seeking an exotic experience. The price announcement, which will mark MG’s daring foray into the electric performance market, will be a significant event in India’s EV landscape.
