BMW India has officially opened pre-bookings for the upcoming BMW X3 30 xDrive, ahead of its scheduled launch in February. Interested customers can reserve the luxury SUV through BMW’s official website or by visiting authorised dealerships across the country. The new variant is expected to strengthen BMW’s presence in the highly competitive premium midsize SUV segment.
The X3 30 xDrive will be offered in the M Sport Pro trim, bringing a sportier design and a host of premium features. It is expected to feature BMW’s 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine paired with the brand’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system, delivering a balance of performance, comfort, and everyday usability. An automatic transmission will come as standard.
In terms of design and features, the SUV will look more premium than before. It will get updated styling along with signature M Sport elements. Moreover, the cabin will feel more modern and tech-focused. It is expected to offer a large infotainment system, digital displays, and advanced driver assistance features. In addition, BMW is likely to use high-quality materials inside the cabin. Because of this, the SUV will directly compete with rivals like the Mercedes-Benz GLC and Audi Q5.
Meanwhile, BMW will locally assemble the X3 30 xDrive in India. This move should help the brand keep pricing competitive and improve availability.
