The Tata Punch.ev, a popular electric SUV, gets an exciting update from Tata Motors that includes faster charging and fashionable new colors. In addition to having a more dynamic appearance, this update makes owning an EV much more convenient.
Fresh Dual-Tone Colours for a Bold Look

Two brand-new colors—Supernova Copper and Pure Grey—are now available for the Punch.ev, both of which have a sleek, contrasting black roof. With these additional color choices, buyers will have even more opportunities to match their unique style with Tata’s small electric SUV. The current color scheme consists of Empowered Oxide, Seaweed, Fearless Red, Daytona Grey, and Pristine White.
The Punch.ev stands out even more on city streets and highways because to the dual-tone treatment, which also strengthens its sporty character.
Faster Charging with 1.2C DC Quick-Charge
The Long Range (LR) variant’s enhanced fast-charging capability is one of the update’s main features. The Punch.ev can now be charged from 10% to 80% in just 40 minutes with a 50 kW (or higher) charger thanks to the new 1.2C DC fast-charging technology.
Even more amazing is the fact that owners can increase the range by about 90 kilometers in just 15 minutes, which makes rapid top-ups during road trips or city commutes much more convenient.
Battery, Range & Performance
The Tata Punch.ev continues to be offered in two battery pack options:
Medium Range (MR) – 25 kWh battery with up to 265 km range (MIDC).
Long Range (LR) – 35 kWh battery delivering up to 365 km range (MIDC).
In terms of performance:
MR version produces ~80 bhp and 114 Nm of torque.
LR version offers ~ 120 horsepower and 190 Nm of torque, with a top speed of roughly 140 km/h, with an acceleration time of 9.5 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.
