Two improvements have been made to Toyota Kirloskar Motor’s (TKM) Glanza hatchback: one focuses on safety, while the other offers aesthetic enhancements through a limited accessory bundle. Six airbags are now standard on all trim levels of the premium hatchback lineup in the domestic market, which is the bigger of the two modifications.
Dual front, side, and curtain airbags are now standard on all hatchback models. Under the Prestige brand, the Japanese automaker has also unveiled a limited-edition accessories set. The dealer-installed bundle, which is available from mid-June until the end of July 2025, includes aesthetic enhancements designed to spruce up the Glanza’s exterior and increase its allure.
The Toyota Glanza Prestige option comes with weather visors, rear lamp overlays, illuminated door sills, rear skid plate, chrome-accented moldings along the doors and fenders, and ORVM highlights. The range hasn’t been improved aside from these additions. When paired with the AMT transmission, the hatchback’s 1.2-liter K-Series petrol engine can get up to 22.94 km/l.
In its CNG version, the fuel economy is 30.61 km/kg. A 9-inch touchscreen with smartphone connectivity, a 360-degree camera, a HUD, linked car technology through Toyota i-Connect, rear air conditioning vents, and tilt telescopic steering remain the main features. A manufacturer warranty of three years or one lakh kilometers, which may be extended to five years or two and a half lakh kilometers, is another benefit of the Glanza.
Roadside assistance, 60-minute rapid servicing, and flexible financing options are all part of Toyota’s support system. Toyota wants to improve its standing in the high-end hatchback market, where the Glanza has sold over two lakh units since its debut. The Glanza’s ex-showroom starting price is now Rs. 6.90 lakh.
Sporting Red, Insta Blue, Enticing Silver, Gaming Grey, and Café White are among the two-tone and single-tone color options that are still available for the car. Customers have the option of contacting authorized dealerships or making reservations online via Toyota’s official website.
